AI assistants
Use Sumilca from your AI assistant
Just talk to an AI assistant such as Claude and let it run your home search on Sumilca. It acts as your Sumilca account, so your commute time to your registered destinations (based on real weekday-morning timetables) and your own scoring weights are used as they are.
How to connect
- Press the "Add to Claude" button below (claude.ai opens its add-connector screen with Sumilca already filled in).
- The Sumilca sign-in page opens. Sign in and press "Allow".
- Then just ask, for example: "Find detached houses in Yokohama under 50 million yen, with commute time and hazard risk."
If the add screen doesn't open
- In claude.ai, open Customize → Connectors.
- Choose "+" (Add) → Custom → Web.
- Enter Sumilca as the name and https://sumilca.com/api/mcp as the URL, add it, then press Connect.
Other AI assistants
For any AI assistant that supports MCP (Model Context Protocol), enter this URL on its connector (MCP server) setup screen:

What you can do
- Search homes by conditions (scored with your weights and your registered commute destinations)
- Assess a property (commute time, hazard risk, gap to the market price, rebuild restrictions, listing status) and compare 2–5 properties
- Save, open, rename and delete search conditions, and set new-listing alerts on them
- Favorites, hide, "rank lower", ratings (👍👎) and notes
- Change your scoring weights and commute destinations, and share your favorites with family via a link
- Create PDF reports (open the generated link in a browser signed in to Sumilca)
What you need
Available to Sumilca Premium members (JPY 980/month). If you are not a member, the plans page is shown during the connection.
You also need an account with the AI assistant (such as Claude).
Safety
- Only apps you sign in to Sumilca and press "Allow" for can connect.
- The assistant cannot change payments or your account, and cannot send email.
- The assistant is told to save conditions, ratings or notes only when you ask it to.
- Listing photos and descriptions are not returned; see the original listing page for details.
- You can disconnect at any time from Settings → AI assistant connections.
How your data is handled
Sumilca does not receive your conversation with the AI assistant. We only receive the parameters of each tool call (prefecture, budget and so on). Only cryptographic hashes of connection tokens are stored. See our privacy policy for details.
