Sales terms, payment, delivery, and returns
- Price
- Core features are free. Paid features: Premium plan JPY 980/month (tax included); PDF report JPY 380 per report (tax included). Prices are also stated on each service page.
- Costs other than the price
- Internet connection and data charges are the customer's responsibility.
- Payment method
- Credit card (payment processor: Stripe (Stripe Payments Japan G.K.)). Card details are handled by the payment processor (Stripe) and are never stored on our servers.
- Payment timing
- Premium plan: at sign-up, then automatically on each monthly renewal date. PDF report: when the purchase is completed.
- Service delivery timing
- Paid features are currently in preparation. We will announce the launch date on the pricing page once ready. After launch, they become available for use promptly after payment is completed.
- Returns and cancellation
- Due to the nature of a digital service, returns and refunds after delivery are in principle not accepted. The Premium plan can be cancelled at any time and remains available until the end of the paid period (no pro-rated refunds). See the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
