Sales terms, payment, delivery, and returns
- Price
- Core features are free. Paid features: Premium plan JPY 980/month (tax included); Business plan (for real estate companies and other businesses) JPY 11,000/month (tax included; JPY 10,000 excluding tax); PDF report JPY 380 per report (tax included). The Business plan includes a free first month (30 days) for accounts subscribing for the first time only. Prices are also stated on each service page.
- Costs other than the price
- Internet connection and data charges are the customer's responsibility.
- Payment method
- Credit card (payment processor: Stripe (Stripe Payments Japan G.K.)). Card details are handled by the payment processor (Stripe) and are never stored on our servers. For the Business plan only, if you prefer to pay by invoice (bank transfer), please contact us; we handle this case by case.
- Payment timing
- Premium plan: at sign-up, then automatically on each monthly renewal date. Business plan: you register a payment method at sign-up, and charges begin automatically on each monthly renewal date once the free first month (30 days) ends (the free month applies only to accounts subscribing for the first time; if you subscribe again after cancelling, payment is due at sign-up). PDF report: when the purchase is completed.
- Service delivery timing
- Premium plan and Business plan: available immediately after your sign-up is completed. PDF report: generated and available for download promptly after your purchase is completed.
- Returns and cancellation
- Due to the nature of a digital service, returns and refunds after delivery are in principle not accepted. The Premium plan and Business plan can be cancelled at any time and remain available until the end of the paid period (no pro-rated refunds). If you cancel the Business plan before its free first month ends, you will not be charged. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
