For important changes, we notify logged-in users via in-service notifications and also notify, by email, users who have registered an email address and can receive email. The interpretation and application of these terms are governed by the laws of Japan. In the event of a dispute concerning the service, the district court having jurisdiction over the operator's location shall be the exclusive agreed court of first instance.
